Since its creation in 2013 in Le Port, Bek La Barre has distinguished itself as a fervent advocate of Street Workout, a dynamic discipline combining weight training, gymnastics and acrobatics. As well as promoting a healthy lifestyle, the association aims to instil a positive mindset and renewed confidence in young people. Through initiatives such as rallies, international competitions and humanitarian missions, Bek La Barre strives to empower young people while promoting mutual support and social inclusion.
